2 Samuel continues the story of the beginning of Israel's kingdom. It starts with Saul's death and then it goes into David's 40 year reign. Some of the best stories are the capture of Jerusalem. David's sin with Bathsheba and Abalom's rebellion. In Chapter 23 It has David's last words. Chapter 24 starting with verse 18 David builds an alter.
