A Gift

A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. Proverbs 18:16

What is your gift? What are you good at? What is the thing that people say you’re good at? Before the foundation of the world, God placed the gift inside of you. You are to use that gift to benefit the kingdom of God.

Do you know you can change someone’s life with your gift? God has given each and everyone of us a gift or gifts and we have to move from where we are. Some of us know we have a gift but we sit idly. We do nothing with it. Some of us are afraid to move. Some of us are afraid to go places because we will be uncomfortable. God says to you today, “Don’t worry or be afraid. I am with you all the way”. God is saying to “take the limit off of me. You have tied up my hands with your unbelief. You have tied up my hands with your doubt”.

Some of us don't want to sacrifice or pay the price. We want everything given to us without having to work for it. The Bible says, “faith without works is dead”. Move from where you are. God wants to pour out a blessing that you don't have enough room to receive.

The very fact that your gift will make room for you means that God favors you. When you do what He has placed inside of you to do, He will open doors for you. You will go places and get positions that you aren't even qualified for because you are favored by God. Some of us are worried about money. Some of us don't know where to start. I say to you today to trust God. He didn't give you the gift for you to just work it out by yourself. Give your gift back to God. Allow Him to lead you and guide you in the direction He wants you to go.

God knows our hearts and He will make room for us once we move from where we are and trust Him. We also have to imagine and think the impossible. Think big. Dream big. You’ve got to see yourself going higher. Move from where you are. Do what God wants you to do. Go where He wants you to go. Move from your comfortable place. When you move watch the doors open for you.
